“Ownership” on Claimap refers only to a promotional position on Claimap. It has no relationship to legal ownership, governmental authority, territory, sovereignty, trademarks, or geographic rights.

What a payment buys

Your payment claims the selected country’s promotional position until another verified bidder takes it. Placement is not permanent. Available countries start at $1; you may bid any whole-dollar amount at or above the shown minimum. The next bidder must bid at least $1 more. A browser redirect never establishes ownership; a claim is complete only after our server verifies the payment provider’s confirmation.

Takeovers and refunds

More than one person may attempt the same claim. The first verified payment that still matches the country state wins. If your payment completes after another bidder has changed the country state, we will mark the bid superseded and attempt an automatic refund. Failed, cancelled, expired, or unverified payments do not change the map.

Brand submissions

You must have the right to submit the website, name, text, and images you provide. Do not submit pornography, hateful or extremist material, malware, phishing, impersonation, illegal content, or misleading claims. We may hide, remove, suspend, or request changes to protect visitors and the service. Moderation does not imply endorsement.

Edits, links, and availability

External links are provided by brands and may change. Reasonable brand edits are allowed, but unrelated domain swaps may require verification or moderation. We may temporarily pause bidding, freeze a country, or perform maintenance. A promotional position does not guarantee traffic, impressions, clicks, revenue, or a minimum duration.

Payments and disputes

Payments are processed by PayPal and may also be governed by its terms. Contact support@claimap.lol with a bid or capture identifier for payment support. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
