Privacy, without the creepy stuff.

Claimap collects only what it needs to run public promotional country claims, process payments, moderate submissions, and understand whether the product works.

Information you provide

When you start a claim, we process the website URL, brand name, description, logo, and related public website metadata you submit. Approved brand details and claim history are public by design. Payment and receipt details are handled by PayPal; we store transaction identifiers, status, amount, and contact information needed for support, fraud prevention, and refunds.

Usage analytics

We record privacy-conscious events such as page views, globe interactions, country opens, claim steps, and outbound brand visits. Events may include a country, brand, time, and referring host. We do not fingerprint visitors, build cross-site profiles, or sell visitor data.

Website fetching and external links

Our servers may retrieve public metadata from a submitted website. We apply limits and block private or internal network addresses. Brand links lead to external websites with their own privacy practices.

Storage and retention

Ownership and financial audit records are retained for operational, accounting, dispute, and abuse-prevention purposes. Cached website metadata and rejected uploads may be deleted sooner. You may request correction or deletion where it does not conflict with legal recordkeeping or the integrity of public bid history.

Contact

Privacy requests can be sent to privacy@claimap.lol. We may need to verify that you control the relevant brand domain.
